History:

• Aquanima was founded in 2000 by the Santander Latam Group, Abengoa Group, Agrolimen Group, Cepsa, Dragados, OHL, Unión Fenosa.
• In 2006 Aquanima merges with ProcuraDigital, the Latin American leader in e-Sourcing services founded in 2000, thus expanding our expertise and increasing our services offer.
• In 2007 Santander Group decided to outsource its entire purchasing function to Aquanima and to expand simultaneously its participation to 100% of capital, committing fully to the Aquanima business model and the value it adds to all organizations.
• Through its services of Spend Management, e-Procurement, Outsourcing and Purchasing Consulting, Aquanima helps its clients to optimize spend management activities and to reduce costs in the acquisition of goods and/or services, generating savings that impact directly on the profit/loss statement.
